Electron Shepard has just released an internal analog-to-digital converter for GBS-Control boards that convert the output from VGA to HDMI. This is essentially the same as getting an external ADC, but it’s nicely integrated into the GBS-C. The price is $40 plus shipping and they’re in-stock now:

Just a reminder that the GBS 8200 one supports ONE output at a time. That means once you install this, you should no longer use the VGA output at all. The GBS 8220 versions do support dual output, but you’d just need to make sure not to use the VGA port that’s connected to the HDMI mod.
